Returns and ExchangesMUSTbe postmarked within 15 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent...unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence, or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer; we do not sell used merchandise.
All SALEitems from previous Poko Pano Collections are'Final Sale'and can only be exchanged for a different size, different item or a www.pokopanoswim.com credit. Items marked SALE within the current 2009 Collection are not 'Final Sale'.
Please fill out and follow the instructions on the return/exchange form enclosed with your order. We suggest you send your return or exchange by registered or insured mail since Poko Pano is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Include the return and exchange form and a copy of the invoice with the product.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately 5-7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
Shipping charges are not refundable and returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges

Should you desire a different size or color upon receipt of your purchase, please fill out and follow the instructions on the exchanges/returns form included in your order. You willnotbe charged the restocking fee to exchange.
All exchanges will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). If you would like your exchange shipped another method, please inticate that on the return/exchange form you include with the item when it is shipped to our Returns Department. Poko Pano will cover the cost of returning the exchange back to you only if it is shipped USPS, otherwise the customer is responsible for the difference of USPS and the method of their choice.
