Poko Pano makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.

Domestic Shipping:  UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day, USPS Priority & Express Mail

We are subject to UPS and USPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.  UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.  USPS Priority mail usually delivers in 3-5 business days.  There is an additional charge to insure packages. 

International Shipping: USPS Priority and Express Mail

All of Poko Pano's international orders are shipped through USPS Priority (10 business days) or Express Mail (5 business days).  To get a shipping quote for your order, add your item to the shopping cart and click 'get shipping quote' and it will provide you with an accurate price. All prices include insurance for the value of the item.

International customers and customers with international billing addresses may be asked to fax or email us LEGIBLE copies of their identification and/or credit card after their order is placed.  This is a security measure we need to take in order to verify billing addresses with international banks and avoid fraudulent purchases.  The billing information will be shredded after the verification process.

Please Note:  International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.  Poko Pano is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.  Please contact your local customs department for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order.

Poko Pano reserves the right to deny shipment to any customer.


 
Returns

Returns MUST be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent...unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer; by law we cannot accept worn bathing suits.

 
Exchanges

Exchanges MUST be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.

Please fill out the return and exchange form included in your order with what you would like to exchange.

All exchanges will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 day domestic delivery) at Poko Pano's expense.

International exchanges will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and handled on a case by case basis.

 
 
All 'SALE' items are 'Final Sale' and can only be exchanged for a different size, different item or store credit. 


Please follow the instructions on the return and exchange form enclosed with your order so we may process your return in a timely manner.  We suggest you send your return by registered or insured mail since Poko Pano is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.  Include the return and exchange form and a copy of the invoice.


All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item.  Return credits take approximately 5-7 business days
to process upon receipt of the item. Returns are processed in the order they are received.

We do not accept worn or dirty merchandise.
