Returns

 

Returns and Exchanges MUST be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.

ALL items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent...unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.  Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.  Damaged or dirty goods due to client negligence, or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.  Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer; 
we do not sell used merchandise.


All 'SALE' items are 'Final Sale' and can only be exchanged for a different size, different item or store credit. 


Please follow the instructions on the return and exchange form enclosed with your order so we may process your return in a timely manner.  We suggest you send your return by registered or insured mail since Poko Pano is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.  Include the return and exchange form and a copy of the invoice with the product.


All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item.  Return credits take approximately 5-7 business days
to process upon receipt of the item. Returns are processed in the order they are received. 


*Shipping charges are non refundable

**Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not returned in the EXACT condition they were received


Exchanges

 

We gladly provide you as much fit information as possible on our site.  Please use these tools prior to purchase.  If you are still unsure about sizing feel free to contact us at pokopano@pokopanoswim.com. 

Should you desire a different size or color upon receipt of your purchase, please fill out the return and exchange form included in your order. 

All exchanges will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (2-3 day domestic delivery). If you would like your exchange shipped another method, please inticate that on the return and exchange form. Poko Pano will cover the cost of returning the exchange back to you only if it is shipped USPS, otherwise the customer is responsible for the difference of USPS and the method of their choice. International exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Poko Pano does not cover the international shipping costs to return the exchange, but we do offer a $12.50 option for international customers.



Poko Pano return and exchange policies are subject to change without notice.


We do not accept worn or dirty merchandise.
